Eligibility
Refund requests apply to paid Cloudstorage Hub programs purchased directly from us. Informational pricing on this website does not itself create a charge; invoices issued after enrollment define the payable amount.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not attended more than one live session and have not downloaded more than the welcome materials. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds are available when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds (typically 40–60% of the fee) may be offered if you withdraw after the second live session but before the midpoint of a cohort, depending on seats that cannot be refilled. Deskside Counsel packages are prorated against unused private sessions if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the next booked session.
Non-refundable items
Third-party payment fees, completed private sessions, and customized document reviews already delivered are non-refundable. Employer-billed seats that have been consumed under a corporate agreement follow the corporate contract terms instead of this consumer-facing policy.
Refund process
Email hello@cloudstorage-hub.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask clarifying questions.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Cloudstorage Hub
If we cancel a cohort or cannot deliver a purchased package, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra cost.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected. Where mandatory cooling-off rights apply to distance contracts for services, those rights take precedence over this policy to the extent of any conflict.
