Data we collect
We may process identity and contact details (name, email, phone), message content you submit, technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and cookie preferences. If you enroll in a program, we may also process billing details and session notes relevant to coaching delivery.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver programs, improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and — where required — based on consent (for example, non-essential cookies). Contractual necessity and legitimate interests in operating a secure educational service also apply where appropriate under the GDPR.
Retention
Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Client program records are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to six years afterward for accounting and dispute purposes, unless a shorter period is required. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Processors and sharing
We use vetted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and (if accepted) analytics. Providers act under instructions and appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where needed.
